1. What is the expected delivery timeframe for my order?
For our customers across the United States, our logistics schedule is as follows:

Daily Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this hour will be processed starting the next business day.

Handling & Preparation: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Period: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Arrival: You can expect your IDLS piece within 8 to 10 business days.
2. Is there a charge for shipping?
No. We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the U.S. There are no hidden fees; the price you see during checkout is your final total.
3. Where is IDLS Clothing based?
IDLS Clothing is a proudly US-based brand with our creative studio located in Riverside, California. This local presence allows us to maintain high standards for our premium apparel and deliver directly to your door.
4. Is it possible to cancel my order?
We offer a 24-hour grace period for all order cancellations. If you change your mind, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of placement to ensure we can halt the processing before dispatch.
5. What should I do if my garment arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is defective or if we made a mistake with your order, we will resolve it at zero cost to you ($0.00). We will issue a pre-paid return label via email for a free replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your package.
6. Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?
Yes. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For "change of mind" or sizing preference returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must use a trackable service.
7. Do you apply any restocking charges?
Absolutely not. We do not impose any restocking fees on any merchandise returned in its original condition.
8. How long does the refund process take?
Once your return reaches our studio and undergoes a quality inspection (usually within 1 business day), we will trigger the refund. The funds generally reflect on your original payment statement within 7 business days.
9. How do I monitor my shipment?
Staying updated is effortless. Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on our "Track Order" page to see the real-time status of your delivery.
