Refund policy

At IDLS Clothing, your satisfaction with our designs is our ultimate priority. If a garment does not meet your expectations, we have developed a streamlined return procedure to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased through our studio.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a successful return, all products must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, immaculate condition.

  • Retain all original studio tags, labels, and accompanying accessories.

  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping Protocol

For security and transparency, all returned packages must be dispatched using a shipping service that includes active tracking. This allows both the customer and our studio to verify the return status.

4. Cost of Returns

  • Customer Preference (Change of mind, style preference, or sizing issues): Shipping costs for these returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer pre-paid labels for elective returns. You are free to use the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Manufacturing Defects or Errors: If you receive a damaged garment or the incorrect order, the return is entirely free ($0.00). Our team will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email at no expense to you.

5. Processing Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We believe in fair service; therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned merchandise.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Our Studio: Email contact@idlsclothingstudio.com with your order ID and a brief explanation for the return. We will issue a return authorization and provide the necessary shipping address.

  2. Secure Packaging: Carefully pack your items, ensuring all original components are included to meet our studio standards.

  3. Dispatch: Send the package according to the instructions provided in our authorization email.

Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Quality Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Riverside facility, it will undergo a quality check within 1 business day.

  • Approval: Upon validation, your refund will be authorized immediately.

  • Reimbursement: Credits will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

Exchange Policy

If you require a different size or color to perfect your look:

  • Contact us for specific exchange coordination.

  • No exchange fees are applied by the studio.

  • While the customer handles the return shipping to us, IDLS Clothing will cover the cost of shipping the new replacement garment back to you.

Order Cancellations

We operate with a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to revoke an order, please contact contact@idlsclothingstudio.com within this period. Once an order has entered our fulfillment phase, it can no longer be cancelled.
